Below are some commonly asked questions that should help to resolve most concerns about our custom speeches and instant toasts.  If your question is not answered below, please send us an email.   

• How long will it take for me to receive my speeches after they are ordered?

Our custom speeches take 2-3 days to complete.  You should, however,  be able to download your instant speech immediately.  You will receive an email within seconds of completing your payment with instructions on how to do so.  If you experience difficulties, simply email us, and we will forward the speech to you directly. 

• How long does it take to write a custom speech?

Our speech writing service is very personal.  Our writers work very closely with you to deliver a high quality product.  Usually, it takes at least two to three days for our custom speeches to be completed to your satisfaction. 

• What if I am not happy with the speeches that I receive?

We provide a money back guarantee on our instant, pre-written speeches.  If you are not satisfied with your speech, please email us with an explanation of why, and we will refund your money, less a three dollar processing fee.  Alternatively, we would be happy to email you a second speech, free of charge.  As our custom speeches are written in such close consultation with our clients, we simply adjust them to suit your needs if you have a problem.

• I do not see the speech that I need listed in your menu?

If you require a speech for a specific function that is not listed in our menu, but you do not want to order one of our custom speeches, let us know, and we will do our best to provide you with the speech that you require.  We cannot, however, guarantee that we will have a prewritten speech for every occasion.

• How long are your speeches and toasts?

Custom speeches are tailored specifically to your needs and vary in length.  All of the speeches available on the website are 300 - 500 words in length.  Depending on your speaking style, you should expect that they will run from 2 - 4 minutes.

• Can I see a sample speech before I order?

• Is it safe to pay you over the internet?

SpeechWhiz uses Paypal.  Paypal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.  When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with SpeechWhiz.  Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for your transaction.
